Best location near 5th Avenue! Cute and charming, enlightened with traditional, colonial rustic decor. Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Could improve on the pillows. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The pool was nice and there were some big common areas to hang out in. I loved that the hotel was on a main street where you have restaurants, stores, taxi services, etc. just steps away. The beach was also right down the street. The downside to the hotel’s location is the noise level. The bar across the street did play very loud music until 1 or 2 am every night. We used earplugs one night and were able to sleep through it the other nights. For us personally, the music did not ruin our stay, but it’s something to consider. The staff was very friendly to us during our stay and always answered any questions we had. Our room was great, but some of our other family members’ rooms had things that weren’t working when we first got there (hot water, fridge, TV). They were pretty quick to address these things once they were reported. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good price.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! The staff was so accommodating, we arrived several hours before check-in, and while a room was not ready they let us swim in the pool while the room was being prepared. The hotel is so cute & charming itself, we saw a resident iguana by the pool on our first day & the kids loved it. We also took the ADO in and were planning on taking it back, but changed our minds. The front desk helped us arrange a taxi for airport transport within 48hr of our departure. The best staff! I read other reviews complaining of noise but we didnt hear *a thing* at night from Quinta Aveninda, only some minor construction in the mornings. (There is a new complex being built next door but only during normal construction hours) The breakfast was delicious & came out quickly. The location was absolutely perfect! One block off of 5th and two blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, it was so walkable! I would love to come stay again in the future. We felt so welcome & had a great time!

Very loud, but I knew that ahead of time and we brought white noise, so we were able to sleep. The breakfast (not free) was not good and not as described. Hotel staff was very helpful. Clean, which was must important. I think I would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. We found the swan decoration on our bed when we arrived, it was beautiful and my wife loved it. The staff was very friendly and they had free breakfast every morning. It is very pretty and only 1 block walk to the gorgeous white sandy beach! Was so much fun on 5th Street, which is also only 1 block away and is basically a mile long closed off road filled with stores, restaurants, bars, and pretty much the main section of town where you can walk and take in the beautiful town. It was so beautiful that my wife and I almost decided to move there!

Great stay. Hotel was walking distance from shopping strip and beach. Family of 4 traveling with toddler, the hotel has a pool for kids. There was a bit of noise at night with it being close to the strip but not enough to keep you awake. If you are a light sleeper i recommend taking a sound machine. The price is good for the location but note this is not a luxury hotel. You get what you pay for. Otherwise we will definetly return.

Close to all the action, but generally quiet enough to sleep well (stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay, all good. Depending on location of room will determine how noisy it can be, but even rooms closer to the street were still decent for noise). Really enjoyed this hotel. Good quality, fair prices. Recommend. Would go again
